Where will I drive?
Revel Rideshare is currently available in all of New York City, as well as parts of New Jersey and Long Island. In addition, we also provide airport pick-ups and drop-offs to John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA) & Newark Liberty International (EWR).
How do I receive my earnings for the trips I take on the Revel platform?
Drivers will receive their earnings after each completed trip. Drivers keep 100% of their tips.
Do I have to accept every ride request?
No. You can choose which ride requests to accept or reject. Drivers may be rewarded for higher acceptance rates so be on the lookout for our incentive offerings!
I don’t have a vehicle, can I drive on Revel’s platform?
Yes! At Revel, we take the stress and burden off of the driver by connecting you with easy access to EVs including the Tesla Model Y and Tesla Model 3. You can rent a Revel-branded EV with Revel’s Leasing company daily. All vehicles are insured and maintained and come cleaned and charged. Vehicles can be picked up at one of the leasing depots throughout NYC.
I have my own EV, can I drive on Revel’s platform?

What are the eligibility requirements to rent an EV with Revel Leasing?
- Be at least 25 years of age;
- Hold a valid driver's license that authorizes driving in the jurisdictions where Revel Rideshare operates, and have had this license for at least three (3) years.
- Have less than six (6) points on your driver’s license under the New York State Driver Violation Point System or similar system.
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (“TLC”) that legally authorizes the User to engage in for-hire transportation of passengers in New York City, and otherwise be in good standing with TLC.
- If your driver's license is from a jurisdiction outside of New York State, you must provide a driving record abstract from the issuing jurisdiction.
There is also a one-time refundable security deposit requirement.
How does the daily rental with Revel Leasing work?
You schedule a reservation on the Rental Website, check in to your reservation at the leasing depot you choose to rent the car from, sign a daily rental agreement, and pick up your assigned vehicle, cleaned and charged. Revel Leasing EVs are available to rent for 6-12 hours and must be returned to the originating depot at the end of your reservation. Cars are equipped with interior and exterior dash cameras. You pay the hourly rental rate at the end of your reservation.
